The goal of NCA is not to reform delinquent youth, but to train Christian youth.  NCA is not a corrective institution; so, we require that parents enroll no child with the idea that we will reform him.  Our purpose is to work with the home and the church, but not to take the place of parents who are experiencing difficulty in fulfilling their roles as disciplinarians.  NCA’s discipline is firm, consistent, fair, and tempered with love.  Our staff maintains standards of behavior through kindness, love, and a genuine regard for the students.
