FEES DISCLOSURE & AGREEMENT:

Registration Fee $100/Per Student ($200 on/after May 1st)

TUITION:

10 Month Payment Plan—Monthly Beginning August 1, 2008, and continuing through May 1, 2009.

* Curriculum Fee ($350), supply fee ($20) included in with tuition price

AFTER-SCHOOL CARE:

$4 an hour (per child) for up to 15 hours a week.  $60 (per child) for more than 15 hours per week.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a 10% discount on tuition (only) if the annual amount is paid by August 1, 2008.
Registration and curriculum fee are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another student or school.
Tuition will not be prorated for a partial month.  If a student attends for any part of the month, the total monthly payment is due.
Reservation is forfeited if the August tuition payment and the curriculum fee are not paid by 8/1/08.

Tuition payments are due by the first day of the month.  The payment is late after 3:30 PM on the 10th day of the month.  A fee of $25 per student will be charged for late payment.  If the account is not brought up to date by the end of the delinquent month, the parents will be asked to remove the student from school until account is brought to a current status.

Report cards and permanent record will not be released unless all accounts are paid up to date.

Since salary and expenses of NCA are in no way reduced by the departure of a student, it is the policy of the school that no refund will be made for the voluntary or involuntary withdrawal of a student.  The only exception would be in the verified instances of employer-dictated transfers outside the school radius and extenuating circumstances as approved by the school’s Financial committee.  Tuition refunds will only be issued at the end of the school year if funds are available.  This policy does not apply to nonrefundable registration and book fees.  If a student leaves before the end of the year the remaining book fee must be paid in full.

The person who enrolls the student is responsible financially for the tuition payments.
Tuition is due on the first day of each month starting with August and ending with May.
There will be a ten (10) day grace period.
After the ten (10) day grace period a late fee of $25 per child will be charged.
Within the next twenty (20) days the entire tuition including the $25 late charge will be due.  At this time the account will be thirty (30) days past due.
